We supported Nick and his co-investors with a strategic and challenging off market transaction. The high profile Grade 2 listed property which comprised over 10,000 sq ft of commercial space, together with scope for further development represented an attractive opportunity for the customer. Whilst the property was in unloved condition, the building was efficiently reorganised and renovated to deliver a sizeable rent uplift via a new tenant and lease arrangement. Latterly the sale of the property provided further investor returns.
