Berkeley Place was so excited to be selected to help a client based in Verbier, renovate and enhance this magical West London property.

The property was originally built circa 1915, as a warehouse by the famous American magician Chung Ling Soo, best known for his signature act ‘Defying the Bullets’. He used the property for stage prop storage before transporting to London’s West End. Since then the property was converted into a light manufacturing warehouse and then poorly converted into flats.

It now sits as a fabulous family home, full of exposed brickwork with natural stone and timber finishes, including a stunning steel staircase leading to an amazing roof terrace with views across the Capital.
