The client had a tight budget and the use of property was for rentals so we sourced the best value for money with the materials selected to complete the project. Brought better value alternatives to the table and still created a timeless finish to the property.

The client lived in London, so progress on the project could have been slow but we managed to interact on an every other day basis, making the overall delivery of the project faster and hassle free.
Duchess Road, Clifton
Our customer had purchased a fabulously located period property in need of significant refurbishment. Whilst undergoing a full refurbishment of the property, an additional requirement was identified which was to replace most of the floor joists throughout a very uneven ground floor, presenting additional cost to the project.

The Old Rectory is a fabulous Grade II Listed property situated in a prime North Somerset location. Externally, the property was in need of some cosmetic renovation, including a new roof. Internally, the space was ready to be updated and modified to suite the modern needs of a young and active family.
