The owners of this beautiful three story, semi-detached Edwardian property wanted to create their dream home, converting two existing maisonettes into a single dwelling. The property had huge potential but needed complete modernisation to accommodate the clients desire for family friendly living spaces and a home office.

Due to the scale of the property conversion Berkeley Place were able to ensure the client benefitted from a 5% VAT scheme for building works. As with all projects, works were put out to tender on our exclusive approved contractor list, ensuring the most competitive prices for the highest quality work.

Our dedicated project manager created a tailor made programme to meet this client's specific needs. In this case there was a hard deadline to get the renovation completed in time for school holidays, which was successfully met.
