Which areas are your specialism?

Wherever we work, our specialism is period and Listed property: Georgian and Victorian townhouses, Cotswold-stone country homes, and Grade I and Grade II Listed buildings. Our approach and our trusted craftsmen travel with us to every project.

Do you cover Somerset and Bruton?

Yes. We work across Somerset, including the villages around Bruton, on rectories, farmhouses and country homes. The same conservation-led craftsmanship and project management apply as in our other core areas.

Do you work outside the UK?

Increasingly, yes. We are regularly invited to look at enhancement projects across Europe and have the supply chain to deliver them, including multilingual specialists and site leads with EU passports. Having completed work in Geneva, we are now delivering projects in Italy and France, collaborating alongside selected exceptional talented local resources.

Clifton, Bristol

Bristol, and Clifton in particular, is where we have one of our key offices. We know its Georgian and Victorian townhouses, conservation areas and Listed stock intimately.

Bath

A UNESCO World Heritage city with one of the densest concentrations of Grade I and Grade II Listed homes in the country. Bath is a core market for us, its Georgian terraces and strict conservation framework are exactly the environment our period and Listed specialism is built for. We also have an office base in Bath.

Somerset

Beyond Bristol and Bath, Somerset offers wonderful rectories, farmhouses and exceptional country homes, with a growing cluster of high-value renovations around Bruton and the surrounding villages. We have a fast-growing, successful track record undertaking renovation and exceptional projects throughout this region.

An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty flooded with natural stone cottages, farmhouses and prestigious grand manors, many period and Listed. Having now completed over 15 significant restorations and transformations throughout this outstanding region, we have a fast-growing track record and reputation as a first-choice provider for all our clients’ residential and enhancement needs.

Central and West London

Initially, regional clients invited Berkeley Place to deliver their projects in London. Word spread, and we have steadily grown a successful track record of exceptional luxury residential projects across central and west London, including Barnes, Hampstead and Maida Vale, and currently on site in Belgravia. Our new London office base became essential.
